Description

Xtime is an ASP and is the leading provider of state-of-the-art Service CRM and scheduling solutions for car dealerships.
Position: The primary responsibility of the (CSR) is to provide support for customers that use Xtime’s ServiceCRM system. The CSR must provide periodic mgmt reports on progress and issues, and escalate problems as appropriate.
Skills:The CSR will be responsible for working in a dynamic and complex technical environment. The following skills and experience will be essential to meet the needs of this position:
·2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in computer software industry
·Ability and eagerness to learn complex technology
·Basic understanding of web-based systems
·Experience in software systems such as quality assurance, basic scripting, etc.
The CSR will be a key member of a cohesive team that is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers. The following skills will be important:
·Ability to effectively communicate technical issues with non-technical customer personnel
·Ability to learn how to use complex software systems
·Ability to work independently with minimal direction
·Ability to work on weekends, if required
