Corporate Overview: Xtime is an ASP and is the leading provider of state-of-the-art Service CRM and scheduling solutions for automotive dealerships. Xtime’s web-based applications give automotive dealerships the ability to dramatically improve profitability through improved efficiency of service departments and increased customer-paid service revenue.
Description: The primary responsibility of the Account Manager (AM) is to guide their assigned dealerships through the Xtime implementation process, which includes training and supporting the dealership personnel as they become familiar with Xtime, coordinating the efforts of other members of the Xtime implementation team, resolving any technical or other issues, and ensuring that the dealership successfully completes implementation and moves to production status. The AM is the dealership’s primary Xtime interface, and as such, is responsible for the satisfaction of our dealers.
Core Skills:. The following skills and experience will be essential to meet the needs of this challenging position:
·Strong customer relationship skills
·Strong organizational skills. Must be able to follow complex processes and manage multiple concurrent threads.
·Basic understanding of the internet and web-based systems.
Skills: The AM will be a key member of a cohesive team that is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers. The following skills will be important for the successful candidate:
·Ability and eagerness to learn sophisticated software technology.
·Flexibility/adaptability to work in a very dynamic environment.
·Desire to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
·Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership service (desirable but not required).
